1. DEFINITIONS​

   1. Donation: any asset, including any monetary amount, gifted by a Donor to PEREKABANDAR, by means of electronic authorization through the website of EREKABANDAR or otherwise.

   2. Donor: a natural or legal person who donates, has donated or will donate a Donation to PEREKABANDAR.

   3. Goal: PEREKABANDAR is committed to championing good urban design practices in Malaysia.

   4. PEREKABANDAR: PEREKABANDAR, an organization established under the laws of Malaysia with its seat in Kuala Lumpur and registered office at Fakulti Razak Dan Informatik Razak, Aras 5, Menara Razak, Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, 54100 Kuala Lumpur
       

2. APPLICABILITY
    

   1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every Donation.

   2. By making a Donation, the Donor agrees with these General Terms and Conditions.

   3. PEREKABANDAR uses the personal data of each Donor to process its Donation. The Privacy and Cookie Notice of PEREKABANDAR applies to the processing of this personal data by PEREKABANDAR.
       

3. DONATIONS
    

   1. By making a Donation, a Donor agrees that PEREKABANDAR and any and all (future) subsidiaries and/or affiliates of PEREKABANDAR are entitled to use a Donation at their own discretion, within the scope of the Goal and the articles of association of PEREKABANDAR.

   2. A Donation is irrevocable.

   3. Recurring donations can be cancelled upon request by the Donor, by contacting us through our website.

   4. PEREKABANDAR will provide any Donor with a donation certificate upon request by the Donor.
