Rahmat Bayudi, PRBr, MGBC, MIID, MBOT has over 25 years’ experience in the UK, Australia and South East Asia, on sustainable architecture and green urbanism through BIM, FMS and Smart Cities technology. Hold degree in Architecture, Building, Planning and Environmental Studies (Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL) and MA in Urban Design (Oxford Brookes University). Focus on intangible aspects of local, cultural and regional identity across city development, infrastructure management and the building industry, enabling urban design adaptation into appropriate digital ecosystem based on big data technologies and human behavioural need. Current venture in digital financial technology for services related to building industry, architecture, arts, design and especially green lifestyle at large. Publication includes books, edited journal articles, arts portfolio and architectural publications. Curation of art and design exhibitions for Malaysia’s National Art Gallery, Museum of Asian Art etc. Green practice transformation consultant to several city councils including as long serving Chief Jury for Anugerah Hijau Shah Alam. Established community driven projects with sponsorship from government and corporate sectors. Leadership roles in Malaysia Urban Design Association, TAAT Foundation, cooperatives, public school development committee and local eco- community park, as well as an advisor to Yayasan Tahfiz An-Nisaa and a visual art learning for autistic children.
